Our room had everything we needed - a safe box, TV with lots of channels, and a mini fridge for keeping drinks cool. the location was amazing, right in the heart of the town. the staff were super friendly and knew their stuff. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel tucked away in the Basque countryside. the free and easy car parking was a great convenience. the warm welcome and spotlessly clean room with a stunning view made us feel at home. the tea and coffee making facilities, as well as the fridge full of water, were thoughtful additions. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious steak in the outside dining area and the continental breakfast delivered to our room was both beautifully presented and extremely tasty. the efficient and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best 4-star hotels we've experienced.

This place has a cool traditional-style building with rooms that have a killer view 🌆. And the showers here are seriously amazing. Plus, there's a nice balcony to chill on.

We had a fantastic stay at Berria in Hasparren. the house was perfect, with all the necessary amenities and a great pool and pool house. It was spacious enough for two families of five, thanks to the two kitchens and dishwashers. the bedrooms were beautifully furnished and spotless, and the den was a true gem, with incredibly comfortable sofas. the location was also great, with easy access to Biarritz, San Sebastian, and the Pyrenees.

Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had one of the best experiences of my life. The hotel was beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern and traditional Basque style. The hospitality facilities were exceptional, with a lift for easy access. The location was also ideal, situated on the outskirts of a charming rural Basque town. I loved seeing goats and chickens in residents' gardens, adding to the picturesque setting.

For our New Year's celebration, we stayed at a hotel with modern Basque style design. the staff was friendly and competent, providing quality service. We appreciated the purpose-built structure that made the hotel accessible with a lift and provided the excellent hospitality facilities. the thick towels, wonderful shower with many features, and comfortable bed made our stay especially relaxing. the hotel was in a good location on the outskirts of a rural town that made it peaceful. We enjoyed the lovely views from the balcony and the convenience of the private parking.

The breakfast was not well-organized as we had to wait a long time for the table to be cleaned and our breakfast orders to be served. Although we informed the hotel staff of our choices and time for breakfast a day in advance, our orders were not delivered as expected.
